Working with you side by side allows me to shine my brightest. This full service plan is most reflective of my philosophy. I am there for you every step of the way during your planning process and involved in as much or as little as you like. We work together as a team, but I take on a great deal of the heavy lifting, allowing you to bask in your engagement, and partake in the areas that actually make planning a wedding enjoyable! This package includes design assistance, full budget breakdown, all aspects of timeline management, assumption of most vendor relationships, and unlimited communication and guidance. This also includes various appointments with vendors and help with managing vendor contracts.

Let's plan a time where we can get to know each other and pinpoint how I can help you plan your perfect event. You may want to be hands-on and that's fantastic, or your busy lifestyle may leave you exhausted and you need my full assistance. Either way, we can discuss your vision fully and decide how I can best serve you. By the time you leave, you'll better understand the importance of having a wedding planner. The most popular way to go!
This allows freedom from the stressful aspects of your wedding planning while also including a no-nonsense coordination package that includes up to 3 in-person consultations and up to 3 venue walkthroughs. I'll include design advice, a detailed timeline for the day of your event, a ceremony rehearsal, and cover any other concerns you may have.
On the day of your event, you will receive 10 hours of coverage from me and 1 assistant to serve as a point of contact for all vendors. If needed, we will distribute final payments to your vendors, while also assuming responsibility for the setup and implementation of your vision that was specified at the final consultation. Your event will be managed from start to finish.
**Additional time available upon request at a rate of $150/hour.**

If you are overwhelmed with all the vendors to select from in our area, you are not alone! Creating the right team for your day is one of the most important steps to making your day run smoothly. I know the industry well and will base my recommendations on your own styling, personalities, and budget.

Some couples begin booking their venue and other vendors without having a solid breakdown of expenses, others overlook important areas or incorrectly assume vendor costs and what's included, service charges, and tipping.
